Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). We know you’re keen to get your gear, so we process all orders within 1-2 business days before they’re sent on their way to you.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 days after dispatch. Flat rate fee of $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 days after dispatch.

Our Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely stoked with your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Products must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • Gloves
  • Headwear
  • Personal Electric Motor Accessories
  • Opened Line and Leader products
  • Used Lures

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Get Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package the item with its original packaging and include the completed returns form (we’ll provide this).
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our returns centre at:

Return Shipping & Refunds

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective product or we sent the wrong item). We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items or our errors.

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or colour? We’ll happily process exchanges for items that are in stock. Just follow the return process above and specify in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? No worries! Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
