Our Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Products must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items including:
  • Gloves
  • Headwear
  • Swimwear and intimate apparel
  • Personal electric motor accessories
  • Opened line and leader products
  • Used lures

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the original packaging
  5. Include the completed returns form (we’ll provide this)
  6. Ship the package to: 94 Argyle Street, RAWDON VALE, AU 2422

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items or our errors

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or color? We’ll happily process exchanges for items that are in stock. Follow the return process above and specify in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
